Is my insurance in accordance with the limits of indemnity required by the European diplomatic missions in Angola for visa purposes?
Yes. Rest assured; all our travel insurance complies with the Schengen treaty requirements regarding limits of indemnity. The plans are in accordance with the European standards of the countries that signed the treaty. Minimum capital of 30,000 euros of coverage and/or the value of the corresponding policy currency
Does my insurance cover medical expenses arising from Covid 19?
Yes, as long as you have purchased the covid plan from one of the insurers
How do I activate my insurance policy?
To make a claim, you should contact the service center at the contact numbers that are available in your policy and/or travel insurance certificate. A representative will provide you with full information about the claims process, as well as send you a claims form via e-mail.
